  1. Delivery Locations:

We are delighted to confirm that AMO Couture deliver internationally.

Our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, airports, hospitals and prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.

We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

We can deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and on this occasion would work with Royal Mail to deliver this.

AMO Couture Delivery Services:

Delivery will be to a UK address or international address. We offer a variety of delivery options but we shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver our product(s) if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond our control.

When placing an order please note we are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver. 

  1. AMO Dispatch

We aim to ship ALL in stock orders within 4-5 working days unless you are notified differently or request a NEXT DAY UK Service ( Please enquire for a NEXT DAY feature BEFORE placing your order).  An out of stock item is only applicable during very busy seasons where a certain style has sold out due to popularity and in this instance and we produce more to fulfil your the order and our stock. Likewise an OUT OF STOCK item can refer to a bespoke faux fur piece.

ALL deliveries UK / European / International will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday –Friday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays) at the discretion of our partner couriers.

Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer.

We also deliver to the Channel Islands please choose UK Delivery.

We work with our partner courier network DHL, Parcel Force and Royal Mail on ensuring you have the fastest most efficient delivery service. On ordering you will be notified automatically your confirmation by both AMO Couture and Paypal and then on dispatch you will receive an automated email with your delivery carrier and tracking number. Please ensure to check your inboxes to view this. These prices are based on the purchase maximum of 2 items, as shipping is calculated on WEIGHT. Please note if you order MULTIPLE ITEMS and we are shipping to Europe or Rest of the World, you may incur additional costs, which will be advised on email by our dispatch team.

We will begin Our missing parcels procedure if Your Order fails to arrive within 10 days (UK only) and 30 days (International) of despatch and you notify Us. We will investigate Your claim and if We are satisfied that the non arrival of the Product(s) was attributable to Us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the Order. Please note that We may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event YOU will be contacted by Our service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.

Please kindly note prior to making any AMO Couture Limited purchases, that due to the nature of our ready to wear fabrics our premium faux fur and our bespoke ordering facility for Faux Fur we DO NOT offer refunds.


As a brand we strive to continuously meet with your satisfaction so as long as the return of your original purchase meets with our criteria ( see below) we will happily provide or produce for you a suitable replacement garment to the value or less than the original purchased.

Should you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, we will discuss with you ways of paying for the differential

Every order we package is meticulously checked and prepared to reach you in pristine BRAND NEW condition. ALL orders are photographed and package beautifully and then handed to oour courier partners for your delivery. Each order is issued with a copy of your purchase which includes the order number, the value, the specifications of your order and delivery details.

When returning your AMO Couture item, our Customer Services Team will advise you of where to ship your items. You MUST include either

  1. A copy of your order confirmation
  2. A Clear notelet with your Name and Order number

Your item will then be received and past to our incoming Quality Control team. From here if the exchange/ credit has been accepted it will be past through to our dispatch or accounting team. In the instance a PRE AUTHORISATION has been granted for a refund once the aforementioned procedures are complete your refund is made via a payment reversal process via the means your originally paid and will be cleared within a period no longer than the statutory 28 days.


Please ensure you read the following points and are coherent PRIOR to returning your item. We WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for lost returned items, or items we deem to not meet our standards. Whilst we try our best endeavours so be as helpful and flexible as possible, we will NOT offer an exchange if we deem any of the following items:

  • The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been warn or used
    (ii) The AMO Garment/ Accessory has had AMO labels removed
    (iii) The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been scented with a perfume or fragrance indicating use.
    (iv)  The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been damaged or has been torn or is dirty


Whilst we try our best endeavours to offer our UK customer FREE SHIPPING and highly discounted rates for European orders and International, we do NOT as a brand offer FREE returns.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your choose to return your AMO Couture item with a tracked or sign for carrier and maintain a copy of your receipt.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under this Contract that is caused by events outside Our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation) the following:-

  • a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  • b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  • c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  • e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
  • f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under the Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance during that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which Our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
